Welcome to the big leagues, in more ways than one. Not only did we get to create fan activation campaigns on the biggest scoreboards in the USA, but all designs we did got thousands of eyeballs on it instantaneously. That can come with some nerves, but we were up to the task.
We were commissioned by the Jacksonville Jaguars to produce a contest logo & accompanying marketing materials for the 2018-2019 NFL season. As luck may have it our other client ended up sponsoring the event! Always fun to work with the big boys, but when you are dealing with an NFL stadium that has pools in it, its a little extra special. Not necessarily as stuff as a usual pro logo we got in incorporate a main feature of the stadium. An interesting design challenge this logo needed a lot of text, incorporate the pools and cabanas, deal with the Jaguars guidelines, a sponsor logo and it’s guidelines, and still be on brand for an NFL football team.
COOL THE KICKER
Our biggest (literally) campaign to date. A full stadium takeover for the Jacksonville Jaguars and their over 50,000 square feet fo scoreboards. Killing two birds with one stone we got the Jaguars more fan engagement (a problem they were having in stadium) and a large, on brand, sponsorship for a Jaguars partner (who happens to be another client of ours). Every time an opposing team has a field goal attempt, our campaign takes over every screen to try to #CoolTheKicker. If successful McGowan’s Heating & Air Conditioning donates $1,000 to local charities.
TURN UP THE HEAT
Good advertising is many things, “inevitable” is one of them – Having a local HVAC company sponsor a “Turn up the Heat” in-stadium takeover is just that. When the temperature started to get “cold” in Jacksonville we switched up the campaign for heat. Branded Content at it’s finest. Fun seeing our work on National NFL broadcast.
